Caleb works on Greco-Roman and medieval philosophy, with a primary research interest in ancient philosophy. His current work focuses on Aristotle’s theory of understanding and Aristotle’s views on change and motion. Caleb is interested in medieval theories of causation and cognition, and the philosophy of religion, as well as how such topics connect to theories of personal identity and survival, the relationship between divine and human agency, and divine simplicity intertwine.
